How much does a renovation cost?

Every project is quoted individually — we do not publish package pricing, because two kitchens the same size can differ by tens of thousands depending on layout changes, cabinetry, and what we find behind the walls. After the on-site walkthrough you receive a written, itemized quote for your project specifically.

Yes. The call, the on-site walkthrough and the written quote are all free, with no obligation to book the work. You keep the quote either way.

What areas do you serve?

London, Ontario and the surrounding communities — including Byron, Lambeth, Hyde Park, Masonville, Komoka, Ilderton, Dorchester, St. Thomas, Strathroy and Woodstock. If you are just outside that, call and ask.

How long does a typical project take?

A bathroom is usually three to five weeks, a kitchen four to eight, and a full home remodel runs on a project-specific schedule. Your quote includes an estimated start date and duration, and we tell you early if anything changes.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, where the work requires them. Structural changes, new plumbing locations and electrical alterations typically need a permit through the City of London, and we coordinate that as part of the project.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured and WSIB covered. Certificates are available on request before work begins.

Can we live in the house during the work?

For most kitchen and bathroom projects, yes. We set up containment, cover flooring on the routes we use, and clean the site down at the end of every day. For full home remodels we will talk through what makes sense for your situation.

Do you do smaller jobs, like drywall repair?

We do. Drywall repair, insulation and interior framing are offered alongside the renovation work, whether they are part of a larger build or a standalone call.
